I oversee Unico Sustainability's work in the Rocky Mountain region with responsibilities including developing, implementing and managing green building best practices in both energy efficiency and renewable energy as well as promoting sustainable best practices to industry and government leaders. I have played an integral role in numerous value-add opportunities throughout Unico's Rocky Mountain division, while also integrating efficiency improvements and green building best practices throughout the portfolio. My work has a played a pivotal role in making Unico's 14 million square foot portfolio 34% more energy efficient than the national median. I've also led Unico's entrance into solar energy by launching the company’s Renewable Energy Portfolio and associated power purchase agreement (PPA) investment platform. (Show Less)
